The staff were very good. The food was great, although this was not a luxury hotel, we were not expecting it to be because of the price we paid.We had a great time in a really laid back relaxed atmosphere and would definately go again.

I almost thought this place would be lovely but, after spending over $1000 for two nights, i was disappointed. The wifi didn't work inside my suite, and how hard is it to keep your guests happy? To make matters worse, the outside noise was unbearable. Clearly, they could do better for the 'pricey' label they flaunt.

The hotel was modern with marvellous and stunning location very close to restaurants and shopping, the amazing peninsula of Cape de Antibes and the beaches on the nearby area. We enjoyed the stay, my room was tasteful with the bedroom as well as tea.

Hotel personnel were very friendly (including the cat). The food served was delicious and the cook was a nice chap. They speak English. Free beach is very near. The hotel is situated in a quite part of the coast, but not too far from the local center. We were offer a free ride to the town and free washing up.

Loved the chic rooms, but parking was a hassle for our stay.

Our stay at vf was a disappointment, the rooms were very small for a start and very basic and uncomfortable. We left our bags in our room on arrival and went into town for dinner. When we got back hours later, our room door was open and the sash window was also! I could not believe it, anyone passing could have strolled in! I went out to the manager to question what had happened only to be met by a very rude man. He asked me was anything taken and what was the problem! He said he was checking to see if we had checked in!! He did not apologise. I would have left the premises if it had not been so late. I would not recommend this 'hotel' to anybody.

Nice welcome from the owner ....he speaks pretty good english...I speak some French so we got on well...........the place is being constantly upgraded.during the closed season..most of the rooms are not in the Villa but in a group of chalets attached New restaurant , one year old , good food available ..we had nice fish and you can see the kitchen staff cooking it. The owner does the service of the food and is very attentive ...he had about 30 people for dinner Its a convenient location for Antibes but you need your own transport Its set amongst very upmarket properties Beach is only 200 metres away I spotted an advert for the property in Nice Matin newspaper and thought its ad was accurate too
Theres no parking in the grounds but you can park on the road outside. The tiles in the shower were not non-slip and I found myself on the floor... and probably lucky not to be seriously injured ...lesson learned.

Chilling in Antibes 🌊
The brekkie was really lekker every morning-sipping coffee by the pool reminded me of a dream! Plus, that little gym was sharp-sharp for a quick workout. We loved hopping on the bicycles to explore the chilled coastline!
The main restaurant was closed , so we had to figure out takeout a bit too often.

The guys who run Villa Fabulite are really easygoing & helpful. I love that in a hotel. They lent us their bikes (available to all guests) so we could cycle into Antibes one day. We had a car also which was essential staying here I think, as the hotel is on the Cap D'Antibes & a fair walk from Antibes itself but not too far from the beaches. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked great. It's a great hotel if you want some peace & quiet away from the business of Antibes & Juan les Pins, but still close enough to go out in either place for a few beers or dinner, or hit the beach during the day. I would say it's a perfect spot to escape the crowds in the summer, & the guys are very friendly & were always on hand to help.

The nature, the design, the coziness of the hotel and friendliness of the people. And of course great cuisine for decent prices!

Family with children's charming retreat
Very nice modern decor, we even had a lovely open layout, it was like living in a gallery! The owner was often around, cooking in the kitchen with the chef, I must say it added a personal touch that's rare these days.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but the experience was still worth it.

The food was wonderful!
The room was very boring w/ no decor and extremely uncomfortable. The bed felt like a brick. The website description was extremely deceiving; we thought we were getting a beautiful villa in the french countryside right next to the beach with a terrace overlooking the beach; none of which was true.
